Question:

Is it possible to let it grow in another country than where have been the first external audits? (For example external audit in Netherlands, growth with Belgium farmers?)

Answer:

A wide variety of things such as legal compliance, contracts between farmers and Farmer groups, different growing conditions, different MRLs and Crop Protection Product registration, vary between countries. Therefore although it is allowed to include farmers from different countries in the same Option 2 Farmer Group (this is not excluded anywhere in the general regulations), I would recommend that the Quality Management System devised to deal with this situation must be checked prior to any new farmers being added from a "new" country, therefore no new farmers from a "new" country could be added to an Option 2 Farmer Group until the next audit.
